Doctors also recommend before arrival:
1. Aspirin Course: Future mother and father should take a course of aspirin.
2. Movement During Flight: Try to walk more during the flight to avoid thrombosis and leg swelling.
3. Compression Stockings: If possible, purchase compression stockings for the expecting mother.
